ineedmusik.com will host your music, for free, and making it available, for free, for as long as you wish. How songs are used once they have been downloaded is - inevitably - out of our hands, but all necessary copyright notices will be presented alongside your music for avoidance of doubt.

also, pretty much all information relating to your band that you have submitted may be used for promotional purposes (flyers, posters etc). if there comes a time that you wish to change the manner of distribution of your music, i will do so within 24 hours.

all music is distributed under a creative commons licence, whereby the ownership of the copyright in the recorded material remains with the relevant artist, and ineedmusik merely acts as a digital distribution platform.

you are free to download all the music on this site, under the following restrictions: you will not upload this material elsewhere on the internet, you will not manufacture and/or sell music downloaded from this site, and if you are linking to one of our mp3 files, you will credit out site alongside any links you create. if these rules are adhered to, we’ll all be very happy.
